Raise the Flag!
What a perfect way to celebrate love!

We will be having a special service on February 11th to celebrate love by having a flag raising ceremony to commemorate becoming as Open and Affirming congregation within the United Church of Christ.

Please join us, as we take this monumental step at our service at 10:15 on February 11th . We will raise the flag directly after worship.

Lenten Bible Study

Please join Mary Van Tol for a Lenten study beginning on Thursday, February 8 for 6 weeks. 7:00 PM-8:00 PM via Zoom.

"Finding Jesus in the Psalms, A Lenten Journey" by Barb Roose guides the reader through a meaningful encounter with the Psalms through the season of Lent. Combining an interpretation of the psalms with real life stories, the study moves through the familiar words of Psalm 23 toward the painful cries of Psalm 22 uttered by Jesus on the cross. The study includes reflections on the life of King David and the original context of the writings, along with connections between the psalms and the life and death of Jesus the Messiah.

Financial Advisor & Planner

Shawn manages our investment accounts and a checking account used for improvements and other major expenses and needs. He is always available when needed for financial advice and common sense solutions. After Pastor Bill left he advised the team as to what we could afford to pay a Pastor, and helped to bring Pastor Chris to our Church. You never know where you might see Shawn serving our church, it maybe carrying in a Christmas tree, or cooking hotdogs at a fundraiser!
